Here are the simple steps to getting your new site live
Step 1:
Let’s have a chat and make sure we’re the best fit for you.
Step 2:
Sign-up online, answer a quick ten minute questionnaire and pay a deposit (70% is paid upfront via an online secure payment system and 30% is paid on completion).
Step 3:
Content meeting. Meet Matt via video call for 90 minutes. During this we will go through the content for every page of the site.
You may need to collate and send some more content to us after this call. Approximately 30-90 minutes of your time is needed for this step.
Step 4:
Matt shows you the sitemap (an outline of the pages on the site), wireframes (an outline of the content per page of the site), and design moodboards (the colours, graphic style, fonts etc.) for review and approval. Approximately 45 minutes of your time is needed for this step.
Step 5:
Matt shows you the programmed website on a development server. Minor tweaks are made. Approximately 60 minutes of your time is needed for this step.
Step 6:
The site is launched.

You will be taken to a scheduling page where you can enter your information and choose a time that works for you. At the end, you will given the option to add the appointment to your calendar of choice. We will have a video meeting, and all the info will be in that calander event.
Ready to get going with your new website
It’s time to choose a meeting time, pay a deposit and fill in a quick form about your business.
This is where you will fill out a quick form about your business, then pay a $500 CAD deposit (to reserve the initial meeting) and book a time for our initial 90-minute meeting. At the end of that 90-minute meeting we will bill you an additional $1600 CAD. The remaining 30% of the total amount ($900 CAD) will be billed to your credit card once the site is launched. All major credit cards are accepted.

As a small business, we love referrals. For any referral you give that leads to a new client, we will send you a $150 gift card or a donation to your preferred charity.
If you refer 15 clients, we will create a new site for you to gift to a company or charity of your choice.
